MIRA TUS PROPIOS DEFECTOS
No mires la paja ajena,
que no te aprovecha.
Mira mejor tus propios errores y defectos,
que eso te edifica y perfecciona.
Mientras tú criticas y juzgas,
el otro está superándose y escalando hasta el cielo,
con su trabajo honrado y su vida en paz.
Porque labora sin mirar, ni bajar al otro con la boca,
ni con los actos; ¡respeta a su prójimo!
Tu inteligencia es trabajar duro y en silencio.

LOOK AT YOUR OWN DEFECTS
Don't look at someone else's straw
that does not benefit you.
Take a better look at your own mistakes and shortcomings,
That edifies and perfects you.
While you criticize and judge
the other is overcoming and climbing to the sky,
with his honest work and his life in peace.
Because he works, without looking or lowering the other with his mouth,
nor with the acts; Respect your neighbor!
Your intelligence is to work hard and in silence.
